Contributed to the design of Wallex’s Copy Trade product, a solution that enables users to automatically follow and replicate the trading strategies of experienced traders. The product aimed to make crypto trading more accessible for less-experienced users while creating new value for professional traders.
As a Product Designer, I helped shape key user flows and simplified complex financial concepts to create a clear, trustworthy, and user-friendly experience, supporting better decision-making and improving overall usability.

- Define riders' score feature (Scoring and rating for performance) to calculate their activities and get them a fair score to put them on the leaderboard. Every feature can be launched on riders' scores and this feature encourages them to be more active and increase acceptance rate and decrease rejection.
- Designed Vendor Biker Request product in case vendors have their own orders and need riders to deliver their orders.

- Redesigned riders mobile application for a more actionable and scalable experience. Solutions, prototypes, and drove user testing iteration and sessions for proven great solutions.
- Building & Contributing to rider mobile application design system.
- Created design flows and worked alongside PM to define user stories accordingly for rider mobile application.
- I designed various features on the Butler service (customer support) on consumer application, Contribute design flow, user research. this feature decrease customer support waiting time and incoming calls.
- Redesigned delivery support process and decrease riders waiting time to get answers and get better datas by agents for future improvements and decrease incoming calls. Now riders announce their problem without calling via a support ticket.
